Your role:

Bring your curiosity to life and join our dynamic team of dedicated scientists at the Research Unit Oncology to contribute to the cutting-edge discovery of tomorrow's cancer treatments. As a Senior Scientist, you will lead the initiation & the development of innovative therapeutic concepts for oncology target identification and validation. We are seeking an experienced researcher in oncology with a strong background in applying advanced technologies to identify, characterize, and validate novel therapeutic targets in vitro. You will play a key role in oncology drug discovery projects, characterizing drug candidates and understanding target biology. You will collaborate closely with R&D scientists and external partners [academics & industry] in cross-functional teams.


The position is limited to two years.


Who you are:

  • PhD in molecular or cellular biology, pharmacology or other related biological sciences with a strong publication track record

  • Two years minimum postdoctoral research experience, with proven ability in applying state-of-the-art technologies

  • Hands-on experience in screening methodologies

  • Hands-on experience in generating in vitro cell line models

  • Excellent written and spoken English skills

  • Excellent team player, eager to work in multidisciplinary teams
