Are you ready to take the next step in your IT career? We are seeking a skilled and motivated professional to join our local IT team based in Soeborg. As an End User Services Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing 2nd and 3rd level support for incident management onsite and remotely, covering Denmark and Norway.

As an End User Services Specialist your responsibilities include supporting onboarding and transfer requests, providing support for integration activities, and collaborating with global teams to resolve complex IT-related issues. You will also be responsible for supporting all services related to Lifecycle management, Asset Management, License Management, and User Access management for end-users' software and hardware. Your role extends to providing a positive and supportive experience to customers and colleagues. Additionally, you'll be coordinating uninterrupted IT support and communicating ongoing strategy and execution with colleagues and working with end users to provide training advice and guidance on IT systems and processes.

Who You Are:

• Minimum 2 years of IT support experience working with end users.
• Fluent in Swedish or Danish and English.

• Experience in supporting Windows laptops, desktops, Microsoft Office 365 applications and mobile devices (iPhones, iPads), including working with MDM solutions such as Intune would be beneficial.
• Experience with Microsoft SCCM and ITIL Certification is an asset.
• Flexibility to occasionally travel within the Nordic and Baltic regions.
