Your role: As the leader of the Healthcare Operations Controlling Team in Aubonne you will manage all areas of financial responsibility, including but not limited to financial reporting and forecasting, operations analysis, resource allocation, business cases, capital expenditure planning, controlling and compliance for the company’s Healthcare Aubonne site. 

You will act as the controlling business partner, be part of the site leadership team, and play a pivotal role in supporting business decision-making on a wide variety of strategic and operational matters through fact-based analyses and recommendations.  Furthermore, you will drive standardization, simplification, and efficiency within the financial function by continuously improving and implementing common financial processes and practices across the organization. 

The position is located in Aubonne, Switzerland. 

Who you are: 

• You have a Master’s degree in a business-related discipline 
• You have at least 5 years experience in manufacturing controlling and first experience as Site Controlling Head 
• You have strong knowledge of product costing and experience in the Biotech industry 
• You have demonstrated the ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment, are comfortable challenging senior business partners, and capable of gaining commitment and coordinated action for initiatives by applying strong communication skills 
• You have advanced usage of SAP, TM1, MCloud, and SAP BI 
• You are proficient in MS Office (e. g. Excel and PowerPoint, Power BI Knowledge is a plus) 
• You are proficient in English; French skills are an asset
