Your Role: As Associate Sourcing Manager - Electronics Packaging & Container, Taiwan (all genders) you will be part of our global Electronics Packaging Sourcing Team within the Electronics Procurement organization. In your role you are accountable for managing the 3rd party spend, drive supplier management activities such as negotiations and contracting, supplier qualifications, conduct supplier business reviews and evaluations and accompanying supplier audits. You will work in close collaboration with the Procurement Team as well as our internal stakeholders such as Supply Chain, Operations, Marketing & Sales, Engineering and Quality to develop and implement sourcing strategies. Primary scope is to support the sites Kaohsiung, Nanke, Hsinchu and Taoyuan. Further you will support our Level Up projects in the region. Additionally, you will help to develop and implement our sustainability and decarbonization strategy and drive Data Analytic projects. In this position you will directly report to the Head of Packaging & Container Sourcing.

Who You Are:

• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related disciplines or you have 3+ years relevant professional experience.
• Experience in Sourcing, Supply Chain or other Commercial/Technical Functions desirable.   
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong focus on business needs and strategy execution.
• Excellent team player with experience working in cross functional teams.
• Mandarin and English - written and spoken fluently.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
