Internship duration: 6 months

Location: Aubonne, Switzerland

As part of the Quality Assurance System Teams, you will continue  the training program improvement project in order to support production needs in a fast-paced quality environment.

You will perform training program review of production units in collaboration with Managers to develop their training matrix and implement the digitalization of the training record in the LMS system

.

In parallel, you will bring your support to global QA system activities:
- documentation SOP optimization
- compliance (collaboration to any training investigations and inspection readiness).

- digitalization of the quality processes

As a team member, you will take part in discussion and actively participate to the continuous improvement of the team and you will actively participate to the daily activities of the QA System team.

Your profile:  - You are a highly motivated, ready to put in practice his/her knowledge in training and especially in the quality assurance department :
- You are willing to learn more about the pharmaceutical production and GMP environment
- Methodic and well organized, you are ready to be part of a dynamic team
