As a Customer Excellence Manager (all genders), you will be part of the Management Team and will have an active role in the preparation and monitoring of the annual plans for Sales Force Effectiveness and annual sales incentive plans. You will be responsible for the current CRM systems and to identify and implement the business needs in terms of CRM. You will be responsible in training the employees for use of system and tools. In terms of Sales Force Effectiveness, you will analyze and recommend optimization of business processes, customer segmentation and target groups, models of cooperation with customers, organizational structure of Field Force team, performance management, sales incentive systems. You will ensure the availability of all necessary external market data and you will implement and analyze the respective efficiency measures. On time reports preparation withing agreed deadlines is a key task of the role. You will lead the channel implementation projects and will define and coordinate the local efforts and involvement of the right stakeholders. You will create and implement multi-channel campaigns across all therapeutic areas in alignment with business.
Who you are:
- Educated to a university degree in a scientific field
- 3-4 years of relevant professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Proficiency in English and Romanian languages are a must
- Customer orientated with accuracy, reliability, and outstanding communication skills
- Strong computer literacy and ability to quickly adaptable to using new software and IT systems
