You will be...

• Manage the supply chain planning function of SKOR BioP project during start-up and later in operations.
• Manage product transfer during the project phase. The role involves responsibilities like transfer products inventory strategy, distribution strategy, business model alignment with selling legacy, global demand planning/ supply network integration, material regulatory compliance, material supply, product launch, and ramp-up.
• Manage planning and scheduling activities to achieve targeted service and inventory levels while controlling operational costs and complying with and enforcing regional optimization policies
• Support employees in planning and scheduling and in local business units as a technical resource, business leader, and mentor.
• Maintain a global view of the impacts of operations on the Supply Chain and work with all global regions, ensuring Supply Chains are successfully linked together for optimal business results.
• Accountable for ensuring the demand, supply, and production planning process is managed to deliver the right products at the right time.

Your Role:

• Manage production quantities and schedules for manufactured products, and packaging scheduling activities for all products
• Maintain and monitor inventory levels to achieve company objectives
• Meet packaging and distribution supplies goals of service levels while limiting space and inventory levels requirements
• Direct the development and implementation of production and packaging metrics and goals to ensure they support the corporate business plans
• Measure and improve Global Planning Metrics
• Manage a high-performing global team of self-directed supply chain professionals; provide leadership and mentoring to achieve defined objectives
• Develop key talent
• Apply appropriate analytical tools (SAP, GRASP, APO, etc.) to increase the effectiveness of master schedules to meet customer and business requirements at the lowest total supply chain costs; develop capacity plans for each operating unit
• Monitor resource utilization and schedule adherence to improve overall throughput & costs
• Drive input from Sales, Marketing, and Product Management to improve global supply chain efficiency and service via S&OP structure.
• Drive and manage monthly S&OP process and deliver key operational improvements in forecast accuracy, stock availability, SC performance, and excess and obsolete inventory.
• Develop and lead continuous business process improvement initiatives
• Collaborating with the Planning Management team, develop long and short-term plans for the planning group to support company goals, including long-term systematic and organizational process improvement
• Uses analytics skills to immediately resolve issues and perform root cause analysis to identify and prevent a recurrence
• Lead the implementation of all SAP planning modules
• Drive improvement in supply chain design to improve customer satisfaction
• Ensure planning systems designs are optimized across the entire company and with customers and vendors to ensure excellent levels of internal service are achieved.
• Manage cost center to be in line with budget
• Drive automation ensuring agility and resilience are built into the Supply Chain operations

Who you are:

• BA/BS in Business, Supply Chain, or a similar field required  

  MBA preferred  

  CPIM and/or CSCP APICS Certification

• 10+ years of supply chain planning experience in a manufacturing environment
  5+ years of leadership experience

  SAP launch or at least user experience strongly preferred

• Proven ability to develop, implement, and work with complex system planning and forecasting systems
• Exceptional skills in all planning process disciplines including Sales & Operations Planning, Finite Scheduling, and Forecasting
• Proven ability to develop planning strategies and implement them in a complex global, technical, matrixed environment 
• Excellent leadership, change management, interpersonal, and communications skills, with the ability to work in a diverse, global environment while adhering to the highest ethical standards
• Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills in English
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to teach others these techniques 
• Deep knowledge of process improvement 
• Ability to mentor and develop subordinates globally  
• Clear ability to build teams and influence-manage worldwide                             
• Knowledge in GMP and ISO9001 preferred
• As for the work location, it will be currently located in Song-do, but it will be changed to *Sihwa or *near Daejeon area according to the site decision later.
