Your Role

Our SOD (Spin on dielectric) material is part of our Electronics products and is recognized globally in an extensive portfolio of specialty chemicals used in semiconductor applications.　The position is newly opened in Anseong for supporting SOD business. The role will be coordinating with R&D in Japan and responsible to support Korean customers for process development.

Lead project for SOD process development for semiconductors. This project is to support customers and to develop process conditions for dielectric precursors.

・Develop process condition for dielectric precursor

・Measure and analyze the film of dielectric materials

Who You Are

・5+ years of experience in Coating process or CVD or ALD process (such as R&D or field service engineer etc. experience)

・Bachelor's degree in chemistry or above,or equivalent expertise

・Working experience in analysis of thin film

・English (communication, presentation)

・Japanese (preferable)

・Experienced in safety activities or high safety awareness

・Cooperation with colleagues
