• 머크, 혁신 프로그램을 성공적으로 마무리 후 향후 5년 간 일렉트로닉스 비즈니스의 혁신과 생산능력 향상을 위해 한국 향 약 6억 유로(€ 600 million)포함 총 30억 유로가 넘는 대규모 투자 진행 예정

• 새 성장 프로그램 “레벨 업(Level-Up)”의 일환으로 이루어지는 투자와 관련 활동 통해 매력도 높은 시장에 초점을 두고 성장을 가속화하는 데 집중

• 일렉트로닉스, 2021년부터 2025년까지 연평균 3%에서 6%로 유기적 성장(CAGR) 목표

Your role:  

• Execute activities of complex projects aimed at new asset creation by using execution strategy, process scope development, estimating, project planning, hazard review, detailed design, contractor selection, construction management, safety management, commissioning, and startup
• leverage your excellent communication skills to collaborate with global and cross-functional teams.
• Translate complex issues into actionable concepts
• Solve unique or complex project management issues.
• Continuously support assessment of technical capabilities of engineers, suppliers, and contractors
• keep abreast of market developments in key project management and execution skill areas and seeks to introduce improvements into organization.

Who you are: 

• Degree in engineering with combined technical and Project Management experience; PMP certificate a plus
• Experience in executing small to large capital projects (up to $100MM) using various execution strategies including use of contract engineering design, construction, and procurement (EPC)
• Knowledge of robust project engineering systems as well as strong awareness and sensitivity to the complexities and safety challenges of executing specialty materials manufacturing processes
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and deal with a variety of situations while maintaining expected cost, schedule, quality, and scope
• Proven experience as a senior member of an engineering leadership team, helping to identify solutions and develop engineering resources
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written
