Your role:

As a Working Student in Healthcare R&D Controlling you will be joining a dynamic team with a broad spectrum of interesting topics. You will be supporting our financial processes, including forecasting, financial analysis, and ad hoc reports as well as ongoing initiatives in digitization and process optimization. After a period of onboarding, you will run several operational processes independently and have the opportunity to contribute creatively to different internal initiatives in our digital reporting space.

This position also offers you a unique perspective on the inner workings of pharmaceutical research and development, the related controlling activities and is a great learning opportunity to build your business acumen as well as analytical, social, and digital skills.

Who you are:

• you are currently studying economics or business administration, ideally with a completed bachelor’s degree
• you have a strong interest in finance, drug development and digitization
• you at an advanced skill level with Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with PowerBI, Tableau or similar BI tools is a plus
• you are proactive and a good communicator
• you are a great team player
