Your Role : Design and maintenance of As-Is/Target OT system architecture for Tres Cantos site, based on detailed knowledge in OT and site architecture.
- Capture site as-is architecture, design target architecture following global standards, and agree site roadmaps to transform as-is into target architecture
- Derive, approve and maintain global OT architecture principles, and OT application engineering standards as part of cross-site OT System Architect Working Group
- Account for identifying and realizing cross-site synergies by leveraging common OT target architecture
- Ensure conformity of site projects by supporting informed decisions on exceptions from any of the defined global architecture principles and engineering standards
- Support projects during design and implementation phase
- Define interaction between different OT application components, including sizing and monitoring thereof
- Implement and maintain site system and data architecture
Who you are :
- University degree in Engineering (Automation, Electronics…) or Computer Science. Fluent English.
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in the operation, management and design of infrastructure, preferably in a SCADA, OT or critical infrastructure environment
- Experience in a pharmaceutical or chemical company highly desired. Experience in a GxP regulated environment will be appreciated
- Knowledge of GAMP and computerized systems validation methodology
- Experience in process automation, especially Siemens S7 (hardware, software), SCADA systems (Wonderware InTouch) and HMI
- Good knowledge of IT/OT infrastructure and equipment connectivity (networks, active directory, backup & restore..). Knowledge of MES, Data Historian and Cybersecurity strongly preferred
- Strong organizational and teamwork skills to work in an environment with changing priorities. Ability to communicate, interact & influence effectively at all level
