The role of a KAM is to develop and implement business plans that deliver the sales and uptake of a IVF portfolio, across IVF Specialists , Embryologist of the  key acounts of the regions – with a bit of brand management, advocate development and budget management .


The key account manager is responsible for handling the most important client accounts in a company. They will be the lead point of contact for all key client matters, anticipate the Accounts needs, work within the company to ensure deadlines for the Accounts are met, and help the client succeed.


This Role is for Delhi Headquarters


Job Objectives:


To  consistently achieve sales targets through a well focussed, effective  implimentation  of marketing plan & Execution of  KPIs  & Actively finding out solutions  for the challenges faced in the Field.


Key responsibilities :

  • Call Average, Coverage of Teritory, Frequency
  • Effective implimentaon of marketing strategies.                                                                                 
  • Achievement of sales targets                                                                                                      
  • Make sure that objectives are achieved                                                                                  
  • Provide proper feed back from market and customers to Marketing in order to optimise promotional concepts and programs                                                                   
  • Keep superiors and peers regularly informed about the compitition  and all developments in the market


Professional Requirements:

  • Science Graduate & MBA
  • Field force experience with 1-2 years preferably in super specialty
