About the role:

As senior subject matter and digital expert at a global level you lead and manage digital individual projects and the overall project portfolio with considerable resource requirements, risk and complexity. You are responsible for designing and implementing data analytics and Reporting landscape related to Regulatory Management & Trade Compliance Import Export activities. You drive technical direction of own field and is key resource. ​ou act as an interface between business and IT functions to ensure mutual understanding. As Expert in digital solutions, you deliver measurable impact to the organization by automating and optimizing existing operations and tools (cost/benefit analysis). You collaborate with other digital experts, IT developers and data specialists to accelerate the use of digital assets, standard processes and solutions. You advise users on their digital shift journey. You assist in driving cultural change by ensuring initiatives are demonstrating agile techniques, design thinking, and digital solutions. Furthermore, you develop and drive the Regulatory/TC Digital Strategy in accordance with the departments overall approach & strategy.

Who you are:

• Scientific degree in an IT related field with profound knowledge and experience in various digital technologies
• Professional experience approx. 2 to 5 years
• You are familiar with project methodologies, have a good understanding of which work are needed at a certain stage in a project and can apply this knowledge in your daily business
• You understand client and sponsor expectations, can transform them into requirements and convert them into technical solutions
• You present strong analytical process-based thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experienced in Project Management & Process Excellence
• Analyses the business processes and assessing the automation potentials.
• Expertise in end-to-end development of bots and implementing the full life cycle of process automation solutions: identify automation opportunities, crafting solutions, develop, test, & deploy using RPA etc.
• Expertise in designing and implementing intelligent automation solution using Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Python.
• Experience in Tableau, Microsoft Power BI etc.
• Knowledge on data management, data analytics and visualization, good knowledge in Tableau tool.
• Excellent Networker with a communicative demeanour and proficient in English
