Your Role: Your mission in this global role will be to support IT Procurement with internal strategies and initiatives regarding Vendor Management, Corporate Social Responsibility & Sustainability. You will be responsible for implementing and monitoring activities with suppliers, operating in a framework to manage relationships, contracts, financials, compliance requirements and performance. Within your defined portfolio of suppliers, you drive contract change requests, contracts on boarding, supplier review management, supplier performance evaluation, data analytics and reporting.

You will also support the Supplier Decarbonization Program, related to the reduction of Scope 3 emissions, in collaboration with the Manager CSR & Sustainability, sector’s Procurement team, internal stakeholders and suppliers, with the aim of implementing these initiatives according to the timelines set by the company. You will develop a reporting concept on sustainability progress within your area of responsibility.

Who you are: 

• At least 2 years’ of working experience in an international environment, ideally in Corporate Social Responsibility /Sustainability and/or Purchasing/Contract management
• Experience in data contract analytics as well as financial, issue resolution, training and presentation skills for internal & external audiences
• You are able to manage a high workload and have shown high performance over a sustained period of time
• You are able to pay attention to details and work in a very organized and structured way
• You are able to manage smaller projects independently.
• You are proficient in written and spoken English
• Excel and PowerPoint skills
• SAP Ariba or generally IT tools management skills and some experience in indirect sourcing are a plus
