[Your Role]

• To be responsible for:

      - Facility management, utility (energy) management.

      - Investment Projects and Site Development.

      - Site Security.

• To lead site general affairs and site administration.
• To work closely with EHS and DG managers.
• To manage ETS team whose work scopes are technical service, utility (energy) management, investment project, site security, waste disposal etc.
• To manage all work schedules and their budget and spending.
• To manage the performances based on all KPIs given globally and locally.
• To comply with global procedures and local regulations.
• To prepare and manage local procedures to comply with global procedure and local regulations.
• To manage risks, crisis, and site security
• To prepare and manage BCP (business contingency plan) scenario.
• To manage preventive maintenances, corrective maintenances, and their master data.
• To manage utility (energy) consumption, site general affairs, site administration.
• To cope with facility related aspects of internal and external audits.
• To manage DMS (daily management system) meeting with all department employees.

[Who you are]

• Above Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Mechanical, Electric related field is preferred)
• +7 years experiences in facility management or investment project management, Chemical Manufacturing Plant (Bio, Pharmaceutical, Semiconductor preferred)
• Engineering knowledge for architectural, mechanical, electrical, fire system
• Experience in temperature, humidity, and energy monitoring and management using BMS (Building Management System)
• Understanding for site security, waste disposal.
• People Management experience
• SAP (PM module, PS module) experience is preferred
• Electrician or Fire system management certificate is preferred
• Fluent in English
