Your role:

Main responsabilities

Own and drive reimbursement strategy and processes for current and future portfolio.

Drive the Cost Volume negotiation in close collaboration with Medical, Business and Global Access team.

Developing the external affairs and patient centricity (MAP, PA, Patient Centricity).

Build the public affairs strategy with a partnership-based approach to policy stakeholders.

Develop effective corporate communication strategies for our company in Romania.

20-30% time to be external facing: build strong relationships with relevant levels of the governmental system in the healthcare, Policy makers and relevant patient advocacy groups.

 

Key Tasks MAP

Own pricing and reimbursement process & submissions to ensure products obtain and maintain optimal pricing, reimbursement status and listing.

Interface and represent our company with local authorities (NHIH) and decision makers.

Coordinate a team of RAM in line with BUs priorities and external need to facilitate access.

Build the patient centricity / engagement / advocacy strategy and drive execution.

 

Key tasks GA

Build the plan for shaping the reimbursement environment and actively shape the future access environment for key strategic areas (Fertility, Neurology & Oncology).

Scan external environment to provide timely insights to the Romanian and Europe team.

 

Key tasks in corporate communication

Plan, develop & implement all external & Internal communication strategy to support business success.


 

Who you are:

  • University degree
  • Good academic background, covering also topics from a generalist point of view, with a focus on business
  • Very good standard in Romanian (verbal and written communication)
  • Fluent in English (company official language is English)
  • Very good knowledge of company’s products
  • Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Sales & Marketing experience for a holistic approach of his/her duties
