Your Role:
In this position, you will ensure high-quality and global project management/delivery in all HR topics based on a defined Project Management methodology for our HR Services Unit. You will manage partnerships with the Employee Services process managers as well as the Value Streams in order to design new products, deliver process improvements, implement innovations, work on CAPAs, fix broken processes (global, local). You will ensure the utilization of Project and Capacity Management technology to manage global projects.

Who You Are:

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in HR
• 3+ years of HR project management experience (i.e. being a project lead) and demonstrated success in interaction with externals

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management Certificate will be a plus
• Demonstrated success in HR projects and initiatives aimed at increasing organizations’ capabilities, with measurable impacts
• Experience working with HR stakeholders at country, regional and global level
• Operational and cross-cultural team management skills
• Customer-oriented mindset and service management skills
• Experienced in Interface Management
• Fluent in English, other languages are a plus
