Your Role 

머크에서 선도적인 과학 기술 회사로 일렉트로닉스 비즈니스에서 아이디어와 열정을 가진 커뮤니케이션 전문가를 찾습니다. 커뮤니케이션 분야에서 일한 경험이 있고, 뛰어난 작문 실력(영어와 한국어 모두)과 이해관계자와의 관계를 고려하여 글로벌 및 로컬 팀과 긴밀히 협력하며 일하실 수 있습니다. 한국의 Corporate & Electronics 커뮤니케이션 책임자에게 보고하며, 다음과 같은 업무를 진행하게 되지만 그외에 다양한 업무를 통해 커리어 개발을 하실 수 있습니다. 

- 미디어 모니터링 및 미디어 관리, 문의 대응

- 인트라넷, 메일링, SNS, 웹사이트 등 다양한 디지털 채널 관리

- 보도자료 작성, 편집, 검토 및 내용 번역 등

- 내외부 이해관계자들과 커뮤니케이션 및 이벤트 지원 

- 브랜딩 관련 업무 

- 벤더 및 에이전시 커뮤니케이션, 구매 프로세스 등 관리 업무 지원

Who you are

- 커뮤니케이션 관련 분야에서 2~8년 이내의 근무 경험이 있으신 분 

- 우수한 한국어와 영어 구사력을 갖고 계신 분 

- 우수한 작문 능력을 갖고 계신 분 

- 웹사이트 및 소셜 미디어를 포함한 디지털 인터페이스에 대한 경험이 있으신 분 

- 다양한 이해관계자를 대상으로 하는 커뮤니케이션 능력이 있으신 분 

- 매트릭스 구조에서 업무 경험이 있으신 분 우대 

- 꼼꼼한 프로젝트 관리 기술 및 실행 능력을 갖고 계신 분 

- MS 오피스, 포토샵 및 기타 편집 프로그램  경험이 있으신 분

Your Role

We are a vibrant science and technology company who is looking for Sr. Communications Specialist who has working experience in all communication areas, is passionate about engaging people, has excellent writing skills (both English and Korean), and can bring creative ideas to the table. The job holder will be facilitating various communications tasks for internal & external stakeholders, support to cascade global vision and strategy to the employees and work closely with the global and local cross business teams to drive events and initiatives. The candidate will be reporting to Head of Communications of Corporate & Electronics in Korea. Responsibility of the tasks include but aren’t limited to:

• Support, plan and execute events internally and externally with focus on driving stakeholder engagement and outperforming.
• Manage various digital channels including Intranet, Mailing, Social Media, Website etc.
• Creative writing, editorial review, and content translation for internal and external articles with the ownership.
• Strategize and develop branding collaterals and activations, ensuring optimal representation of the company proactively
• Conduct media monitoring and manage incoming inquiries on a daily basis

Support administrative tasks including vendor communications, procurement processes etc.

Who You Are

• Working experience about 3~5 years in communication or related areas.
• Excellent command in both Korean and English.
• Excellent writing skills and sensitivity for content optimization with ownership
• Familiarity with digital interfaces including websites and social media
• Good sense of communication
• Strong interpersonal skills, able to interact with people in different level positions under the complex structure
• Demonstrate strong project management skills and execution abilities
• Excellent MS office, photoshop and other editing apps
