This 2-year Functional Graduate Program is designed to attract high potential graduates and give them challenging opportunities that prepare them for future complex roles. The program encompasses four rotations across different HR functions in an accelerated learning environment. This includes international assignments, leadership mentoring, formal training and personal and professional development. We are following a flexible working approach.

Your role:

In the course of an individual rotation plan, you get to know the multiple aspects of HR (e.g. Innovation HR Rewards, Innovation HR Data & Technology, Sector HR Healthcare, Market HR): Besides three assignments in your US home base (Boston area) you will be going international to complete an assignment at our headquarters in Germany.

Who you are:

Minimum Requirements: 

  • Master's Degree in Business/Psychology/Human Resources discipline

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High motivation and passion to discover solutions to all kinds of exciting challenges
  • Outstanding academic performance
  • First practical experience via internships, preferably within HR or related fields
  • International experience
