Your Role:

The Data Project Integration Manager will be the business lead contact and for Master Data Projects and SAP projects within the Electronics organization. This position will reside within the Customer Fulfillment Organization and will report to the Head of Master Data Process Excellence. In addition, you will support the Global Business Owners for the Material Master; this includes development and implementation of the Global Master Data Governance and Strategy in alignment with the Group Data Strategy.


Principal Accountabilities

  1. Will work closely with the Business Process Streams to ensure that the data standards and procedures for maintaining these master data objects are defined, documented, audited, updated, and followed within the End-to-End Business processes.
  2. Provide master data support for Electronics critical initiatives such as system evaluations, mergers, divestitures, profit center realignments and supply chain realignments.
  3. Support the scoping, testing and implementation of systems and tools which allow for more automation, simplicity, and increased speed of processing.
  4. Deliver training to the Master Data Team, and Master Data upstream and downstream data providers involved in a project.
  5. Lead the communication and decision-making between IT and the business for master data related data initiatives during projects.
  6. Maintain documentation, policies and training guides for master data during projects.
  7. Lead all aspects of change management and training related to the rollout and ongoing activities of the Material Master data projects.
  8. Identify ongoing data issues for potential solution integration and implement required changes to adapt quickly to software upgrades and/or system implementations.


The preferred location for this role is in Taiwan. It can be located at Electronics sites or fully remote with periodic travel to meet with key partners.


Who You Are:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, IT, business management, logistics or other related discipline.
  • 8+ years of Master Data, IT or Supply Chain experience.
  • Validated proficiency in the English language for both written and verbal communication skills


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Solid knowledge and understanding of the work processes and systems that are used to build, extend and maintain Master Data
  • Extensive professional experience in Supply Chain management and substantial project management experience
  • Solid understanding of Electronics portfolio and business
  • Extensive experience with SAP and a good understanding of SAP data structures.
  • APICS certifications (CPIM or CSCP)
  • SAP certifications
  • PMP – Project Management Professional certification
