Distributor Support Specialist (all genders)

As a Distributor Support Specialist (all genders) you support the SLS product portfolio to our key Distributors according to our internal policies and practices. In this position you create and manage complex customer orders, provide information about products and services, develop customer relationships, present at customer facing meetings, manage back order situations and work closely with our Sales team. You will work in close collaboration with Sales, Supply Chain, E Commerce teams and other functional areas and key partners globally to offer outstanding Customer Support. You will Identify and implement process efficiencies, challenge processes, embrace change in n very dynamic workplace moving into the digital world and seek opportunities to increase the customer value add.
Who you are:
Previous experience working in a customer facing organisation would be nice to have.
Must be fluent in German and English written and verbal communication. Fluency in a 3rd language is an advantage.
Have a positive profesisional outlook in supporting customers proactively and in pressure situations and strive to provide outstanding customer service at all times.
Able to establish excellent working relationships with key customers.
Enjoy working in an international team in multilocations.
Demonstrable experience in multitasking, and successfully taking care of priorities/escalations is essential.
Position is open to applicants for Amsterdam, Netherlands or Taufkirchen, Germany or Molsheim, France.
