Your Role:

You will lead the onsite engineering and maintenance team. Within the role you will demonstrate a sound understanding of principles of leadership and motivate team members through regular 1:1’s. Comply to relevant policies, procedures and guidelines to ensure critical equipment and systems comply with standards. Planning and priorisiting key project schedules with senior managers and departmental supervisors. Co-ordinate with external contractor activities in support of equipment preventative maintenance. Provide breakdown support for all in house equipment onsite.

• Proficient in the use of PCs and software packages
• Communication techniques
• Experience in workload planning and scheduling skills
• Sound decision making
• Time management and prioritisation techniques
• Educated to a degree level is desired
