Job Purpose:
Technical service Manager TW & SEA is part of our Semiconductor Materials, Patterning Solutions Business for Specialty Accounts customers, and reports to the Head of Tech Service. 

Major Responsibilities

  •  Lead Taiwan & SEA technical service team to manage variety opportunities and technical issue from non-leading-edge semiconductor customers’ demand (Cover mainly on Lithography /Cleans applications 75% and Deposition material 25%), together with required technical skills
  • Provide customers with advice on process improvements and technical solutions to the customers through the use of company materials which across multiple business fields.
  • Lead the identify cation and prioritization of new opportunities through close collaboration with Sales and R&D and marketing teams.
  • Priority resource and successful realize growth opportunities and achieve target business revenue.
  • Management team to deep understanding the technology trend to collect Specialty Accounts Business market information and drive growth by delivering technical solutions which align with company development strategy, global resourcing levels are understood and achieved
  • Provide leadership to manage, give direction for Technical Service team (>5 FTEs) cross Taiwan and SEA, assign specific duties, and create a constructive and cooperative working relationship.
  • Ensure teams meet or exceed targets by developing execution plans for opportunities and mitigation plans for risks
  • Responsible for financial (budget, CAPAX) setting on annual basis investment for the future business requirement

Required Criterion:
(a) Education Level: 
- Minimum Bachelor or master’s degree, science/technical discipline preferred

(b) Working Experiences: 
-Minimum 10 years’ commercial experience including 5 years in a technical leadership/project manager role, preferably in the Semiconductor industry

(c) Professional Skills:
-Technical presentation skills and communications
-Strong English language (written and oral) skills for effective communication across countries
-Candidate should be initiative, independent, and interpersonal with leadership mindset
-The ability to gain support, influence and obtain cooperation is critical to success
-Lithography knowledge and background, new product development experience
