Your Role:

At MilliporeSigma, the Operational Excellence Specialist is an integral part of the Digital & Data Management business transformation team. You will support the deployment of New Product Data Introduction (NPDI) across the Life Sciences organization. You will work with the various site leadership teams to develop capabilities within the sites to deliver on improvement plans. You will work with all levels of the organization to assess team needs, develop plans to address, and influence change. You will support the overall Life Sciences strategy for NPDI process efficiency and improvements. You will collaborate with other projects such as SAP NEXT, Recharged, and improvement projects related to NPDI roll out, as well as deliver on operational efficiency to improve cycle time and roadblocks in various NPDI workflows. You will be tracking & prioritizing NPDI tasks and influence other business functions to expedite tasks. Our aim is to transform our new product data introduction processes to provide the highest levels of quality, service, and satisfaction. 


Who you are:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
  • 2+ years’ experience in operations, supply chain, manufacturing, or laboratory functions


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in business process management, to include relevant certifications
  • Background in Lean Six Sigma or Project Management
  • Communication skills and team spirit
  • Keen to take ownership
  • Global and customer-focused with a high aptitude for Process Improvement
