Your Role:

Manages Gas Operations and API manufacturing at the Miamisburg, OH facility in compliance with established policies and procedures to meet established goals and objectives. Manage ~20employees. Passion for driving and maintaining a safe work environment. Direct the development of sources or manufacturing processes of new products that will improve sales and/or profit. Reduce product cost through continuous method development of key products and intermediates. Improve long term competitiveness by developing internal manufacturing capabilities for key products. Prepare yearly budgets and operate within budget unless unforeseen opportunities or challenges develop. Prepare Capital Requests that are supported by return on investment, improve safety of operations or as needed to maintain Market share according to regional and global policies. Provide visible leadership to employees and be present in work areas on a regular basis. Schedules production to meet product delivery schedules. Develops work plans with QC, packaging, maintenance and sales to support company goals. Provides cost/lead time quotations and interacts with customers and sales staff to meet customer needs. Foster an environment that assists employees in meeting career goals and objectives. Update Site Director of key issues on a regular basis. 


Who you are:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BS – Science or engineering field
  • Degree in business or MBA with 5+ years of operational focus experience within a chemical manufacturing environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prefer Advanced degree in Science or engineering field.
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience Desirable
  • 3+ years’ experience with Stable Isotope applications, vendors or market knowledge.
  • GMP manufacturing experience



  • General Office Environment: Noise level in office environment is generally quiet.
  • Occasionally required to wear appropriate protective gear, (glasses/goggles, gloves, safety shoes) when visiting the manufacturing or packaging areas.
  • Physical Requirements: If performing office duties: Employee is required to sit, stand, hear, and use hands to operate all office equipment.
  • Employee must view computer monitors for long periods of time. Vision requirements are close vision and the ability to adjust focus. Employee occasionally will be required to lift, generally no more than 25 pounds.
