Your Role:

As part of this digital business venture, you will have the opportunity to work in a face-paced, entrepreneurial environment to help shape our product strategy and vision. The ideal candidate is a recognized leader with enthusiasm, a strong drive and excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. You will need to be able to balance between strategic visioning and translating this strategy into tangible actions for the teams to build. Demonstration of the following behaviors is important: strong leadership, innovation, strategic thinking, ability to drive results, collaborate and communicate, and ensuring that the roadmap/strategies are carried out and team/individual goals are achieved.

 

Who You Are:

The Head of PMO will:

  • Act as an adviser to the executive team
  • Assist the executive team in facilitating effective decision-making
  • Ensuring success of mission critical projects
  • Drive cross-functional high-priority strategic initiatives
  • Other Accountabilities include:
    • Strategic planning  
    • Budgeting
    • Digital governance
  • Assess inquiries directed to the executive team, determine the proper course of action and delegate to the appropriate individual to manage
  • Ensure all staff issues are addressed properly, efficiently and judiciously, and keep track of progress until resolved
  • Developing and leading a small team of agile self - driven individuals who work as PMs on a variety of projects 

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in business or related technical or scientific field
  • 5+ years level experience

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Effective, versatile and action oriented
  • Proven track record of effectively interacting with senior management
  • Experience with change management and working in a matrix or complex global environment
