Who You Are:
The Head of PMO will:
- Act as an adviser to the executive team
- Assist the executive team in facilitating effective decision-making
- Ensuring success of mission critical projects
- Drive cross-functional high-priority strategic initiatives
- Other Accountabilities include:
- Strategic planning
- Digital governance
- Assess inquiries directed to the executive team, determine the proper course of action and delegate to the appropriate individual to manage
- Ensure all staff issues are addressed properly, efficiently and judiciously, and keep track of progress until resolved
- Developing and leading a small team of agile self - driven individuals who work as PMs on a variety of projects
- Bachelors degree in business or related technical or scientific field
- 5+ years level experience
- Effective, versatile and action oriented
- Proven track record of effectively interacting with senior management
- Experience with change management and working in a matrix or complex global environment
