Your Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for an EHS Specialist to join our team at Irvine on a 12-month fixed-term contract. In the role, you will be responsible for conducting a detailed review of the site risk assessments. Thereafter you will work with departments to build, update approve and consolidate risk assessments using our corporate risk assessment tool. The role will also involve the review, creation and update of PUWER and machine safety assessments to develop a site wide, accessible directory.

Who you are:

  • Diploma in safety management is desired, alternatively a General Certificate and suitable experience
  • Minimum of three years in a health and safety role
  • Experience working in a manufacturing/ production environment
  • Experience of working in a cGMP environment is desirable
  • Ability to prioritise own workload with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong ability to work as part of a multi-disciplined team with excellent written and verbal communication
