Your role: 
Overall Objectives:  Comprehensive understanding of customs policies, providing effective solutions for customs clearance and processing trade business, complying with and complying with customs laws and regulations.
Main Tasks:  

- Work together with TC and algin the process with local customs for bonded warehouse management and processing trade business
- Establish the SOP for new legal entity, including TIE operations, bonded management and import and export customs clearance
- Assist in bonded warehouse final acceptance inspection
- Responsible for E-book application and setup the ERP data EDI according to local customs regulation
- Perform the regular inventory reconciliation to ensure the bonded inventory are consistent with customs
- Develop CTM management system for new bonded warehouse
- Manage the service of customs clearance for equipment or materials
- Broker selection and global forward management
- Conduct necessary training for proper bonded material management with Customs regulation. 
- Support trade compliance function to establish the internal AEO management procedure
- Build and maintain a effective & healthy relationship with Customs and other related government authorities, support internal and external Customs Compliance audits to meet all related requirement

- Accomplish other tasks assigned by manager
Who you are:
Education:     

Bachelor or higher degree in Logistic or international trade or related majors, chemical background preferred.
Work Experience:    

+10 years logistic experience in import & export / logistics area / bonded management, chemical industry is preferred; +5 years team management experience;
Experienced in customs communication and relationship maintenance.

Technical & Professional Knowledge:    

Experienced in customs bonded operation management and processing trade business process;
Fluent English in spoken and written, familiar with office software (Excel, PPT etc.);
Good communication skill and problem solving skill.
