Your Role:

as Senior AD Project Lead within the R&D organization of our healthcare business you define the analytical strategy for development projects of antibody drug conjugates (ADC).

You are the Analytical Development Expert in CMC teams for projects from preclinical, during clinical development up to life-cycle-management.

In this role you solve demanding project problems based on sophisticated analytical judgement, applying thorough trouble shooting techniques, innovative and risk-based approaches in collaboration with interfaces.

Besides steering analytical Drug Substance & Drug Product activities of own project you advice other colleges, consult CMC-Leaders, stakeholders, external partners, management in multiple projects with impact on overall Chemical Pharmaceutical Development performance.


Who you are:

  • Scientific degree in pharmacy, chemistry or similar with PhD and 5+ years substantial industry experience in Quality Control and/or Analytical Development and project management. 
  • You gained in-depth expertise in various development projects (ideally in early and late-stage NCE as well as NBE development projects) and have a solid knowledge of the regulatory requirements and best practice Analytical Development concepts.
  • You are open minded, flexible to manage and adapt to changing situations and like to work in international teams.
  • You have excellent communication skills, are eager to develop new analytical approaches and with that successfully impacting development projects to serve patient’s needs.
