Your role: As the Global Key User - Transportation Management, you will work alongside IT development teams to ensure developments are meeting business needs, you will write test scripts, participate in testing, support local user training and successful implementation of advanced processes in a single unified system (SAP).  You will act as an interface between IT & Supply Chain and Distribution Business Organisations to translate business process needs to system realisation for the transportation management (TM) at all sites and consolidate relevant requirements, check & validate alignment with IT technical specifications. Furthermore, you consolidate input from all sites to clarify distribution requirements and maintain close links with Business Users to elevate the visibility and status of the team beyond the Distribution & Supply Chain organisation, as well as ensuring all processes & system requirements are cross checked.


In addition, you identify gaps vs desired capabilities, working closely with the Distribution & Supply Chain organisation process owners and end users, and you will organise working activities to ensure smooth interaction between Subject Matter Experts, Key Users, Local Users, and IT developers/FAs to get SAP NEXT to the required state.   You support the definition of roll-out plans related to SAP NEXT in alignment with business requirements and constraints and report progress, risks, and issues on SAP NEXT evolution. 


This role will be remote and the successful candidate could be based anywhere across Europe or North America. International travel could be up to 30%. 


Who you are:

  • Proven experience in project management, with leadership skills
  • Knowledge of transportation & distribution processes
  • Previous experience using or deploying SAP TM
  • Managed projects by leading functional partners from different business areas
  • Proven ability of working with multifunctional teams in international locations
  • Business understanding and Change Management skills and ability to handle conflict in an assertive and objective manner
  • Analytical abilities and being able drive improvements from the data
  • Advanced decision-making abilities, excellent organisational and planning skills, professional communication skills
  • Knowledge of Dangerous Goods Transportation Regulations would be advantageous
