Your Role

As Corporate Counsel, Science and Lab Solutions for our Life Science business sector, you will support global business organizations, including the Digital and E-Commerce, Communications and Commercial organizations.

As a strategic partner you will provide guidance to management on legal and relevant business matters. Drafting and negotiating agreements, reviewing, evaluating and guiding your partners on process and operational improvements as well as identifying and mitigating risk are also core parts of your role.

In addition, you will coordinate and lead outside counsel and advise and train colleagues and internal partners on a variety of issues and best practices. This position is located in Burlington, MA, US.

 

Who you are:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum five (5) years of experience as US qualified lawyer working at a large law firm or multinational corporate legal department

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with customer-facing negotiations and handling technology transactions
  • Experience in commercial contracting matters and international business transactions
  • Professional communication in a diverse, matrixed organization and a pragmatic approach
  • Flexible thinking style and adaptability that enables you to succeed in a fast-paced environment requiring collaboration with multiple partners
