Your Role:

This role is responsible for managing the internal and external requestors by ensuring timely and accurate resolution of queries through standardized processes.

Regarding your main activities, you will:

  • Process 3rd Party vendor/customer queries in accordance with Service Level Agreements.
  • Communicate with internal and external customers in an effective and efficient manner.
  • Provide payment due date/details.
  • Locate missing invoice.
  • Have enough knowledge to explain the reason for invoice rejection/deletion and action to be taken by the vendor.
  • Investigate queries raised by third party vendor/customer.
  • Exercise due diligence in reviewing and resolving queries using the different tools such as SNOW, Cisco Telephony, Chat Functionality.
  • Respond to vendor/customer inquiries in a polite and helpful manner.
  • Ensure delivery within agreed global and local performance metrics.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements in assigned and related tasks.
  • Timely and accurate processing of queries – take ownership and initiative until the transaction is successful and accurately processed.
  • Thoroughly check work prior to completion of unnecessary corrections.
  • Collate and input data with a high level of accuracy.


Who You Are:

  • Students or Bachelor’s of Finance, Accounting or related courses.
  • Basic Accounting Background is a must.
  • Experience working in Customer Service or a Shared Services Center of Accounts Payable is preferred.
  • Fluent English language skills are required.
  • Proficient Office skills (intermediate/fluent).
  • Multitasking, proactive, collaborative, dynamic profile, with excellent communication skills, customer focus and fast learning.
