Your Role:

Warehouse Operator is responsible for receiving, ID testing, sampling, picking and transporting GMP and non-GMP materials. 

This person performs cycle counts, material disposals, maintains the inventory system and executes Pick & Pack activities

Essential job functions:

  • Receive, control visually, proceed with identity testing and put away into storage all deliveries of raw materials, consumables and other supplies as per
  • required storage conditions (cold chain, ambiant, dangerous goods, etc.).
  • Moves GMP/non GMP raw materials, components and supplies to the designated storage, sampling, dispensing or manufacturing areas.
  • Deliver parcels of uncodified items to recipients throughout the company.
  • Maintain the warehouse in a clean and organised environment.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records for all codified raw materials, components and supplies.
  • Comply with safety guidelines, especially those directly related to the operation of warehousing equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts.
  • Perform cycle counts, adjust the inventory records accordingly and proceed with investigations in case of discrepancies.
  • Execute special tasks as directed by the department manager (e.g. calibration of temperature loggers).
  • The employee must have the ability to perform moderately physical activity.
  • The employee must have the ability to perform sensitive tasks with attention to detail (sampling of RM).
  • The warehouse operator mus be able to work autonomosly.

Who You Are:

  • Minimum qualifications:
  • Logistician diploma ( CFC)
  • French and English (fluent)
  • 2+ years of warehouse experience in a GMP environment
  • Must possess a valid forklift's license
  • 2+ years of working with desktop computers (SAP)

Preferred qualifications:

  • GMP experience
  • Forklift experience
  • Hazardous material handling and disposal experience
