Your Role:

Within the group “Supply chain & Distribution systems and processes”, you will be in charge of projects coordination across the “Supply Chain & Distribution LS” organization. You will be accountable to drive & coordinate a project team with team members coming from various subgroups of the global SC & Distribution organization. This role will include

  1. Collect business needs, align the processes between systems when heterogeneous landscape and create harmonized process where needed:
  • Map the current processes
  • Pursue when appropriate process harmonization
  • Share processes to leverage lessons learned
  • Define and deploy a common business solution
  • Drive process documentation
  1. Ensure governance of projects with direct involvement into projects or for ad hoc project management needs
  2. Plan, drive and support Supply Chain education and training programs where appropriate
  3. Support tools standardization implementation with
  • requirements definition
  • tools validation
  • development follow up
  • deployment follow up
  • test follow up
  • project governance
  • training documentation

 

You will act as central link between IT and user’s community on assigned projects. You will drive creation of user’s community where appropriate and act as business voice in IT developments.

 

In addition to those primary activities, you can drive or be involved in:

  1. Identification of potential process and/or tool improvement in SC and Distribution
  2. Governance on End-to-End Supply Chain processes involving functions around SC & D Design, establish, optimize or tools testing
  3. Consistency of End-to-End processes by driving adequate program road map on global coverage
  4. Align organization with road map, monitor performance and follow up resource’s availability through projects and improvement programs requirements
  5. Development of End-to-End best practices benchmarking, internal and external
  6. Use of mapping tools to identify opportunities as well as problem solving methodology
  7. Development of audits and metrics to monitor alignment of processes

 

Who You Are:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience in project management
  • Multicultural team experience
  • Proven experience in distribution or supply chain team
  • 25% travel

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Preferred Master in Distribution, Supply Chain or project management
  • APICS certification is a plus
  • Fluent English is mandatory
  • Excellent organization skills and you can think “out of the box”
