About the role:

Primary Objective of the Position - 
Responsible for achieving sales goals. Manages, coaches and develops a team, enabling achievement of assigned goals and career progression. Supports the execution of Top Account plans and large complex or strategic deals. Provides line of sight into business performance through forecasting, reporting pipeline management. Operates with fiscal responsibility

Job Responsibilities - 

To achieve assigned sales goals in defined region. Implements short and long-term growth strategy, for assigned customer segment & Product areas and Business units. Maintains Executive relationships at selected top accounts in the region through Digital/F2F Connect. Driving Primary / Secondary sales through management of Distribution network. Appointment and training of Distribution Partners. Develop relationship at Senior level in Top Accounts and assist team in closure of large deals. Identification, recruit and develop a talent pipeline. Demonstrating digital tools/F2F connect to lead and mentor teammates, Individual contributors and overlay support. Owns the development of Multi year account plans for top accounts. Runs a regular cadence of Internal meetings and processes to ensure effective execution of growth strategy. Regular F2F/Digital connect along with sales representatives to existing customers and new accounts/customers. Continuously encouraging sales team to look out for both market and product diversification opportunities to expand business. Regular Interaction with cross-functional teams to improve service. Understand and follow Process & Procedures laid down in IMS. Reports to management, Including market and competition.
