About the role:

You will be responsible for achieving sales goals; Develops and carries out account plans; Identifies customer needs and develops solutions. Grows company share within the account. Finds opportunities to partner and collaborate. Resolves customer issues. Maintains a pipeline of short and long-term growth opportunities. Collaborates and coordinates with appropriate team members.

Job Responsibilities include: Responsible for achieving assigned sales goals both primary & secondary, Develop account plans and coordinate activities with appropriate internal collaborators, Analyze accounts and territory and finds opportunities to accelerate revenue growth, Engage with customers/ distributors to build and maintain long term relationships through digital/F2F connect, Manage the end to end sales process for assigned products & accounts, Resolve customer issues by regular interaction with internal collaborators, Coordinate sales activities with Specialist teams and distribution partners (Digital /F2F), Maintain an in depth understanding of the competitive landscape within assigned accounts and territory, Maintain & learn new technical product and scientific knowledge, Maintain a cadence of account management activities including internal and customer facing business reviews.

Incumbent is also responsible to input customer information and opportunities into the CRM system & take insights, Maps regional and country relevant account sites, buyers, and contacts, Develop and maintain a short and long-term opportunity growth opportunity pipeline, Using digital tools to prospect, opportunity creation & improve sales conversion; Reports to management, including market & competition.

Who you are:

  • B Sc - Life Science / Biotech
  • M Sc will be added advantage
  • 2+ yrs of experience in selling through B2B channel to Research, Academia, Pharma customers
  • Willing to travel to assigned territories
  • Good communication and presentation skills
