Your role:

As an Expert Global Transparency Reporting (all genders) you will be in the center of driving our company’s main external reporting obligations and responsible to provide centralized governance. Do you want to be part of this exciting journey?

Together with a team, you are supporting for the execution, maintenance and evolution of the end-to-end transparency reporting process including reporting governance, roles & responsibilities on a global and local level, supporting documentation, trainings & awareness as well as the required monitoring and quality assurance measures on all levels of the process. Main focus lies on the coordination of the transparency reporting activities for the US according to the US Sunshine Act as well as EMEA according to EFPIA. In addition, you stay in close collaboration with Compliance Officers, Business and Group Functions to understand their needs and to work closely with them during the reporting period and the execution of the end-to-end reporting process including follow-up training, awareness and monitoring activities.


Who you are:

  • Graduate degree in business, economics, finance or equivalent

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in Compliance or related function with proven knowledge in Transparency Reporting (for example US Sunshine Act, EFPIA)

  • Excellent analytical skills combined with strong affinity for IT tools and data analytics capabilities as well as end-to-end process design

  • Experience to work in a cross-cultural environment, strong organizational and communication skills with ability to work on several parallel initiatives

  • Experience with HCP/HCO interaction process is a plus

  • Proficient in English; German is a plus
