The Quality Services Relations Manager is the global, quality partner for 1-4 strategic accounts and is responsible for providing an elevated and differentiated quality experience for our strategic customers. The Customer Relations Manager is the voice of MilliporeSigma's quality programs to our strategic customer and is responsible for educating the customer on MilliporeSigma's quality programs, trending and tracking our global performance from the customer's perspective, and acting as the escalation point for quality issues important to the customer.
Who you are:
- Ensure sustainable relationship with key strategic customers
- Collects data in partnership with Business partner for the Commercial and Business Areas to monitor, report and improve quality performance from a customer’s perspective
- Directs the resolution of highly complex or unusual business problems applying advanced analytical thought and judgment
- Navigates org structures and situations to assist in meeting customer expectations with a good understanding of Customer/ Commercial needs
- Travel 5-10%
