B2B Integration Analyst II

You will be part of our Life Science Division. The current market is promptly moving from analog to digital and so are our resources, greatly expanding to be ahead of the curve. This is a future-oriented and strategic topic. This role offers a very versatile spectrum of activities including interacting as a business partner with internal and external stakeholders globally. Your role includes: Customer/Technical Support, New B2B Integrations, Process Optimizations, Knowledge Management and Documentations.
Pay starts at $80,000-$85,000 per year for this role!
Who You Are:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3+ years in B2B implementations
- 3+ years of EDI experience
- 3+ years of SAP experience
- 3+ years of experience implementing electronic transaction formats (EDIFACT, idoc, X.12, XML)
- 3+ years of experience working with B2B communication channels (Http/s, VAN, AS2, FTP)
- 3+ years of experience working in customer facing service role (customer/technical service/retail)
- Strong analytical/problem solving skills/solution-oriented
- Working knowledge of “order to cash” business process
- Excellent communication skills (oral, written, presentation)
- Good communication, Solution oriented, Humble natured
- Understanding of EDI, SAP SD Order to cash, CXML
- Experience communicating with internal and external stakeholders, or someone who has been handling Technical support or client calls/emails
- Project Management skills
