Your Role:

As a key material supplier to the semiconductor industry, we are facing ever more complex and dynamic manufacturing and supply chain challenges. How do we ensure we stay on top of our supply chain complexities? Data! To take our operations to the next level, putting our data to work is key. As Data Engineer in our Supply Chain Processes team you will develop cutting-edge big data solutions which allow us and our highly demanding customers in the semiconductor industry to run their supply chains more effectively and minimize risk. You are responsible for designing and delivering big data tools and architectures consumed by supply chain planners, product managers, and account managers to improve day-to-day supply chain planning operations and better serve our customer in the semiconductor industry. Likewise, you are developing robust, automated end-to.end data pipelines and organize data in a clear and sustainable way to enhance data reusability. Additionally you collaborate with operational team, improve existing solutions and work as a technical point of contact for users.


Who you are:

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics (STEM)

  • 2+ years of industry experience in a software development, data engineering, or supply chain planning function

  • Experience in working remotely with a global team

  • Ability to design simple and clear unser interfaces meeting user requirements in day-to-day business contexts and the ability to grasp complex data architectures quickly and independentyl

  • Experience in data engineering and pipeline development using Phython, Spark, SQL and experience with data visualization and dashboard designs in Tableau

  • Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail

  • Excellent communication skills to explain solutions to non-technical business users

  • Experience with SAP ERP systems, Palantir foundry and/or Alteryx, as well as with industrial supply chain planning processes as S&OP is a plus
