Global Product Manager, Planarization

As a Global Product Manager for Planarization within Semiconductor Materials, you will play a crucial role in actively driving our strong global growth in CMP materials and in turn contributing to shaping the digital revolution.
In this role, you will have overall product responsibility for commercialized products. With your focus on customers’ needs working in close collaboration with supply chain, operations, and the quality team, you will drive continuous improvements, optimize our supply network, and manage the raw material and finished goods quality and supply. Based on your expertise and a solid understanding of semiconductor customers, you will lead interdisciplinary project teams to achieve our quality and growth targets.
As part of the growing Global Product Management team, you are acting in a global environment with a focus on our growth in the US.
The preferred location of this role is Dallas, TX. This is a hybrid opportunity and working from home is possible with an expectation of at least 20% on-site presence. This role can also be located at our Tempe, AZ location with an expectation of 1 week per month on-site in Dallas, TX.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, life science, business administration or related subject area
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Semiconductor market knowledge
- Experience in product or project management
- Masters or PhD preferred
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional environment
- Ability to interact with stakeholders across hierarchies in a matrix organization
- Highly structured working style
- Up to 20% international travel
