Your Role:

The Emerging Chemical Synthesis team is the innovative arm of the Chemical Synthesis franchise, contributing to the growth of the portfolio through the commercialization of new technologies in strategically chosen focus areas─ including Chemical Biology

With the support of an expanded and dedicated R&D group, the Chemical Biology portfolio has grown in recent years to include some of our most exciting new product lines:

  • The market’s first off-the-shelf DNA Encoded Library kits, making this breakthrough ─ yet often prohibitively expensive ─ screening technology widely available to the community.
  • In-house designed Protein Degradation Building Blocks; allowing the facile synthesis of PROTAC® libraries.
  • A full suite of bioconjugation linkers, fluors, pull-down reagents.
  • Chemoselective Probes and Tool compounds.

Your role will be two-fold: full responsibility over the marketing and performance of the existing Chemical Biology portfolio, as well as the development and execution of our innovation pipeline. In this, you will join a team of Global Product Managers, each with their own strategic focus area (MedChem, Synthesis-Enabling Reagents, Digital Tools, to name a few) who collectively are tasked with ensuring that we provide the newest, most innovative solutions to our chemistry customers around the world.

To do this, you will collaborate with internal (R&D, BD, Commercial, Healthcare) and external (academic and industry) partners to turn the latest advances in Chemical Biology into tangible solutions our customers can use. In other words, by working with the brightest minds in the field, you will quite literally influence the direction and success of the thousands of practicing chemists who turn to our products to solve their chemical problems every day.
