Your Role:

In this exciting role you will perform internal quality audits as per the Global Audit Program. With the audits you assess the level of quality and compliance across all Business Sectors of the company to applicable internal standards, regulatory requirements and business needs. You drive continuous improvement by identifying quality and compliance risks, and supporting the partners with risk management and CAPA Plan implementation. The audit findings you deliver to management in a constructive yet firm manner.


In addition within the audit function you support the establishment and maintenance of compliant and efficient audit processes by leading/supporting improvement projects. You provide experienced inputs so as to support the Corporate QA audit strategy.


This role requires travelling (~ 40% of the time)

Who You Are:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree in Natural Sciences, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering or comparable
  • Minimum 10 years proven experience in chemical / pharmaceutical industry, with min 6 years in auditing
  • Business-fluent English skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters or graduate degree in above field
  • Knowledge of international quality rules and regulations, such as GxP, ICH, WHO, and relevant ISO standards
  • Expertise in identifying risks to quality and business during auditing activities and to evaluate their magnitude and potential impact
  • Other languages such as German, French, or Spanish would be an asset
  • Ability to interact constructively with all functions in a matrix and international organization environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, result oriented
  • High sense of confidentiality and ethics
