Your Role:

The Order Resolution Specialist position involves working in dynamic and fast-paced collaborative environment. In this role, you will be responsible for the transactional activities of order resolution to deliver a better customer experience. You will interact with our customers via email and associated system tools for improved communication on their existing orders.

In addition, you will act as a subject matter support with the ability to handle delegated tasks and provide project assistance with minimal supervision. The opportunity for additional growth exists for employees who demonstrate the ability and aspiration to take on roles of increased responsibility and complexity.

 

Who you are:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in any discipline OR High School Diploma or GED and 1+ years of customer service experience
  • 1+ years of experience working with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • 1+ years of experience working with SAP or Oracle
  • Positive, friendly, takes pride in work, and eager to learn
  • Respectful, honest, humble and willing to embrace challenges
  • Strong interpersonal communication and written skills, with the ability to provide peer support
  • Organized, with the ability to prioritize incoming tasks.
  • Multilingual skills (French and Spanish) 
  • Knowledge of MilliporeSigma’s organizational structure, business practices and customer base.
