Key Account Manager (Oncology)

As our new Key Account Manager for the Flanders area (North West) in Belgium you will be part of our Biopharma division. In this role you will present our oncology related drugs, products and services to prescribing doctors and multidisciplinary medical team in order to meet the organization's business objectives. Your tasks will include identifying and targeting Key Accounts; developing key account plans with clear objectives and tactics, building positive professional customer relationships; and enhancing the understanding of the value of our products. You will gain agreements with customers and closing visits and activities with follow-up ; collecting and reporting customer requirements, activity, and information in a compliant way; continuing to validate and update relevant information which is central to the Key Account Management process. You will work with customers to identify partnership opportunities in the form of programs and activities with scientific value.
Educated to a degree level.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical/medical sales.
Preferably working in the Oncology market at hospital client level.
Proficient spoken and written Dutch and English.
Have an open, creative mentality and like to work with people in a communicational role.
Have a “can do” attitude and able to implement and follow activities/projects from A to Z.
Business acumen, challenge status-quo.
Resilient to rejection and changes of direction.
Embracing new ways of working (e.g. leveraging omnichannels, creating access opportunities).
