Your Role:

As the Quality Assurance Manager, you are a key business enabler supporting our mission to deliver the highest quality testing services and regulatory expertise that advance life-changing medicines to patients.

Your are responsible of maintaining QMS in conformance with ISO 9001 requirements, hosting and conducting audits, and performing timely reviews of test protocols and reports. You are leading root cause investigations and developping CAPAs. You are proactively identifying and communicating risks. You are also creating learning and development plans for QA staff.

You are working with global counterparts to support key strategic projects and modeling behaviors and values that promote a positive quality culture and a high impact culture.


Who you are:

- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, or other Scientific discipline and 5+ years of experience in a quality role

- 2+ years’ experience managing people

- Practical knowledge of risk management principles and application of risk-based thinking

- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all levels of the organization and cross- culturally

- Excellent communicator with demonstrated leadership, presentation and influencing skills

- Experience using TrackWise for audits, deviation, CAPA and change control

- Practical knowledge of industry standards and best practices for computer system validation, spreadsheet qualification, development and validation of analytical test methods, data integrity requirements and calibration/metrology fundamentals

- Lean & Six Sigma training

- Qualified Auditor

- Experience using Fishbone, FMEA, Fault Trees and other problem-solving tools

- Practical experience with Office 365 applications
