Your Role:

If you are looking to join a diverse, global department that interacts with groups from across the Healthcare organization, then we may have the role for you!  Our Billerica based Global Regulatory Affairs and R&D Quality team is looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide operational support and general project coordination. This role will report to the Chief of Staff and provide active support to local GRA leaders as well as be available to assist the US based team, as needed. 


Some of the primary activities include calendar management, internal and external meeting coordination, arranging travel, expense reporting, procurement related tasks and new hire onboarding. This role will also assist with a variety of communication support activities to include, but not limited to: newsletter development and distribution, meeting presentation creation and intranet content updates.


Who you are:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business or Liberal Arts discipline or Associate’s degree in Science, Business or Liberal Arts discipline with 1+ years’ experience as a support professional in an office environment OR
  • HSD or GED with 5+ years’ experience as a support professional in an office environment


Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Pharmaceutical industry experience (ideally regulatory affairs)
  • Demonstrated skills with MS Office Suite including Teams & SharePoint
  • Experience working with a diverse, geographically dispersed global team 
  • Ability to work in a high-volume environment handling multiple tasks
  • Willingness to take on responsibility in a proactive, solution-oriented manner
  • Attention to detail and follow-through
  • Proven experience and examples of developing and maintaining relationships across functions
