Your role:


    As our new Customer Service Specialist you will be engaging with customers, building positive relationships and providing detailed information about the products and services daily. Your responsibilities will include processing and registering orders in our ERP system accurately. You will follow up on orders, keep track of their statuses and update customers about them via phone and e-mail. Whenever questions or complaints occur, you will handle them by providing accurate information and solutions.


    About you:


    • Proven background in a customer facing position or environment (Customer service, call center, reception etc.).
    • Native Hungarian and business English knowledge.
    • Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills.
    • Have a positive personality and enjoys working with customers.
    • Ability to handle tasks with accuracy and preciseness.
    • Ability to prioritize and cope with several tasks simultaneously.
    • Experience with SAP and/or SCALA is an advantage.
