Your role:

This position is to join an international team of engineers and process experts responsible for implementation of continuous improvement projects around an existing product portfolio and commercialization of new products from lab scale to high volume manufacturing.  Role is in the Klebosol® business group making colloidal silica-based CMP slurries for use in the semi-conductor industry.  Primary responsibilities and location would be out of our headquarter in Darmstadt, Germany with responsibility for ensuring best practice sharing and implementation with colleagues at our two production plants near Compiègne, France, and Martin, SC in the US.  The position will also involve a high level of direct interaction with end use customers (explaining CIP projects, aligning on new product/project deliverables, etc.).



Who you are:

  • Chemical engineering degree, chemistry degree, or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in process/quality engineering or process development.  Role and responsibility can be adjusted to match actual experience.
  • English proficiency.  Fluency in German and/or French is a plus
  • Preferred familiarity with synthesis of colloidal particles and/or silica chemistry
  • Familiarity/certification with quality and statistical process control or Six Sigma
