Your role:  As Customer Relations Specialist you are responsible for execution of the entire R&A customer service process according to the internal policies and practices. In this position you manage and process customer orders and provide information about products, services and order status. Proceed improvement initiatives, challenge processes and seek new opportunities to increase Customer Service efficiently. You will deal directly with customer inquiries received via all medias (e.g. fax, web, email), respond to customer inquiries according to SL agreement and proactively look for solutions to customer issues. You will as well obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries, follow up on customer interactions and manage customer accounts including reporting. Besides this, you are responsible for the file records of customer interactions and transactions, your record details of inquiries, comments and complaints within quality management system.


Who you are:

  • Good knowledge of customer order management cycle and supply chain processes desirable  

  • Working experience in a customer-facing environment desirable  

  • System tool agility e.g. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms, ERP (SAP advantageous), Windows Office Suite  

  • Relationship management; comfortable engaging and interacting with people across diverse organizational levels  

  • Fluent in English and Danish or Norwegian are a must

  • A positive approach on dealing with customers and know how to organise/prioritize daily tasks 

  • Customer-focused & solution provider mindset, result-driven 

  • Continuous improvement mindset, accuracy and attention to detail 

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, complex and multicultural environment   

  • Collaborative approach and team spirit
